Carol is the VP of Digital Asset Management for Synchrony and brings with her over 26 years of experience in DAM. She leads the management, strategy, governance and integration of the DAM within the organization’s ecosystem to drive efficiencies, value and automation within the MarTech stack.
Carol has a strong passion for technology and concentrates most exclusively within the DAM and structured content world. Her diversified background helps her provide ideas and solutions for unusual challenges.
She began her DAM journey by managing a DAM system and servers for a print company, providing sales support and the implementation of all clients from every industry. Now she is focusing not only on how the DAM can help augment and enhance the way people accomplish their work, but also with the use of structured content.
