Half-day to one-day virtual or on-site initial workshop

Offered exclusively to AWS customers (business and technology leaders) nominated by their account teams

A snapshot of the content optimization opportunities and preliminary content audit results in a visually rich interface utilizing Tenovos Glass

Milestones 2 – 4: Subsequent Workshop Considerations

Subsequent workshops will take the outputs of the Content Valuation Assessment and layer-in additional considerations including:

Review current state of your content/media supply chain & active initiatives aimed at improvements

Explore opportunities for optimizations using automations, integrations and Gen AI

Document a mutually defined roadmap outlining key elements of an enterprise-wide Content Valuation program

  • Content Inventory & Visualization: Collects and visualizes content repositories across the enterprise and work-streams, regardless of storage location (ex. DAM, Box, Dropbox, Sharepoint, Drive, File Servers, cloud storage), on & off prem
  • Media Type Analysis: Looks across media types within the content/media supply chain
  • Performance Metics: Evaluates productivity & performance metrics across the content journey
  • Metadata Quality: Examines the quality & value of metadata
  • Martech Integrations: Works across content-related martech stack integrations (ex. PIM, MRM, CWM, eCommerce, Creative/Studio, CMS/Web)
  • Automations & AI Opportunities: Identify opportunities for automation and Gen AI applications
