What are Webhooks?
In simple terms, a webhook is like a “messenger” that sends automated messages or information from one application to another when a specific event happens. Think of it as getting a text message notification when a package is delivered to your doorstep.
For example, if an important event occurs in our system—like an asset being deleted, a user changing the security on an asset, or metadata being updated—a webhook can instantly send that information to another application you use, such as your CRM, PIM, or any other software that supports webhooks.

We’ve included several Real Time Triggers in the Tenovos connector to cover most use cases and have also included a “Create Your Own (CYO)” Trigger that allows you to choose from any available webhook event.
